Our size chart is for your reference, you still need to measure the tiny feets of your child.  Allow 3/8" to 1/2 " space to

choose the length of shoes. For Example: her feets are measured as 4 5/8", you should choose 5" which is Size 4.

Size 1: 4.25" (approx. for NB-6mos);  Size 2: 43/8" (approx for 12 mos.);  Size 3: 4 3/4" (approx. for 18 mos.);
